Pay £10 and tell us your question
At checkout you’ll be asked for your website or store URL and the problem you want to cover. The more detail, the more useful the call.
Pick a slot
You’ll get a booking link straight after payment. Choose a time that works — UK business hours, usually available within 2–3 working days.
We prepare before you join
We review what you’ve sent so the call starts with answers rather than questions.
30 minutes, then a written summary
After the call we email you a short recap of what we discussed and the next steps we’d recommend, whether or not they involve us.
Before You Book
Is £10 really all I pay?
Yes. There’s no upsell during the call and no subscription. If you decide to work with us afterwards, the £10 comes off your first invoice.
What if I need longer than 30 minutes?
Most questions fit comfortably. If yours turns out to need a proper audit, we’ll tell you on the call and quote separately — you’re never charged more without agreeing first.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — cancel any time before your call and we’ll refund the £10 in full. Once the call has taken place it isn’t refundable, since the time has been delivered.
Who will I actually speak to?
One of the two people who run the business — Talha for SEO, link building and technical questions, Haroon for Amazon and eBay account issues. Never a salesperson.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just your URL and a clear description of the problem. If it’s a suspension, have the notice from Amazon or eBay to hand — it’s the single most useful thing you can share.
